Greetings of the day!!
I am writing this mail to share a very disappointing experience of buying a laptop from your online shop. I had ordered a laptop (Code- AB1234) from your online shop on 15th March 2020. The laptop was delivered to me on the committed delivery date, 18th March 2020. I was extremely happy to receive my new laptop on time. However, when I opened the package, I found major issues in the delivered laptop. The laptop charger, wireless mouse, and Installation CD which were mentioned as a part of the package were missing. I was very disappointed and could not understand how such a major mistake happened at your end.
I need to start using the laptop at the earliest and would request you to take quick action. I would like to know when my laptop issue would be resolved. Also, I would like to know about the steps you would be taking over this serious matter and how you would ensure that such things don’t happen again. A positive reply from your end would be appreciated.
Finally, I would again ask you to kindly take action over my laptop order on high priority. I would be waiting for your earliest reply.
