Briefly discuss how you will determine if transfer of training is successful. Discuss ROI in
terms of your training project. How will you measure ROI? What the training cost-
effective for the organization? Remember, if your training doesn’t generate measurable
value to the organization, management will be less supportive of training in the future
and your career as a training manager may be brief!
RIO (RETURN ON INVESTMENT)
it measures the return of investment in training and development ....they measuring how much profit they got by providing training and development to the employee ., the additional Roi formula for training program benefits(net profit) minus training costs and then divided by the program cost
we calculate ROI for different reasons
1. to justify the training budget
2 to evaluate the training method
3 to identify the area of improvement
HOW CAN DETERMINE TRANSFER OF TRAINING IS SUCCESSFUL
1 reaction and satisfaction
if the employee is satisfied with training it will be successful training
2.knowledge retention
why most of the companies giving training program to their employee ..is to gain more knowledge and experience .... if employees gained work experience we can say training is successful
3. business impact
after providing training and development program ....workers must be more productive ..so production will be increased also the advantage of the company automatically increase
As manager of the company, it is our duty to provide good training and development program to our worker
for the purpose of the training program, the company must be kept aside 2% of their profit
the more you provide training the more they will be productive
another challenge we face is ...it won't effective sometimes ..so must make proper planning before providing training
there are 2 methods of training
on the job training and'
off the job training ......
on the job training is more suitable for the new employee they can study new things under good supervision
it is the duty of a manager to choose the method of training it has to be successful
