Solutions

Expert Solution

I lifted 30 kg weight today. This work has done against Gravitational force, thus it was a negative work done.It i long ranged but weak force

I pulled a roller on the ground today.Friction was present there.Friction is a result of Electromagnetic forces.

Net force of an object is calculated by multipling mass and accleration of that perticular object.

When forces exerted by an object are of same magnitude but in opposite direction ,than it is called balanced forces. Like a person standing on ground appling force on ground due to weight, and earth gives reaction force on him opposite to gravitational force,

But when unequal forces acting on an object,it is called unbalanced forces.

e.g- when a bird flies in the sky, different type of forces acting on it.

Inertia is a for that keeps stationary objects at rest and moving objects in motion at constant velocity. Hence it is true

It's true that net force acting for a balanced force is zero.

The more inertia that an object has the more mass that it has.
