Expert Solution

Well, we all know that shy & interovert students are the one who get picked on most by the other students. These students do not talk about their problems generally. That is why, the teacher selected them particularly to get to know them and to know the behaviour of other students in the class.

Every student in the class know about every other student specially the shy ones because they kind of observe rather than getting involved.

A teacher can talk to these students to know about them as well as get to know the behaviour of other kids with them. It is a smart approach to target the most reserved nature kids.

Transactional analysis can really help in this case in which teacher first get to know about the kid and explore their personality.

Transactional analysis can be used to understand the behaviour of the kids which can improvr communication between them. Once the kid is comfortable to communicate with the teacher, the teacher can know more about the behaviour of other kids as well.

Transactional analysis is used to analyse the base of relationship. In this case if teacher wants to know about the students or the classroom with the help of some students. It is very important for the teacher to develop a relation with those kids and make them comfortable.

The Other theories like reality therapy is about realism and and making people aware of realities and expecting them which will not help the teacher to communicate with the students. It is mainly used for counselling purposes.

Adlerian centered therapy does help in communication but it basically help people with anxiety issues & mental problems.

Person centered therapy is about focusing on one person and helping them in their problems. It is a therapy used for people with serious problems.

They are suitable in this scenario.

Transactional analysis is developed by Dr. Eric Bernie to make better understanding of between two different people and help in understanding behaviour.
