There are 6 theories in Psychology to describe the nature of out personality.

  • Humanistic theory.
  • Behaviour theory
  • Eastern and native culture theory.
  • Social learning theory.
  • Psychoanalytic theory.
  • Trait theory.

According to humanistic , people have their deepest positive immune and they will express once accepted.The past doesn't determine the future. They live in present values.

Behaviour: We behave the way as in our childhood or in young age.

Eastern and native cultures: You will have the pattern with your community

Social learning: We believe in belief, judgements and expectation towards our goal.

Psychoanalytic : Ego plays a major role here. If we are satisfied we move to next stage or we will stagnate and worry.

Trait: They have numerous behaviours and habits like impulsive , mood, optimistic thoughts, forgiving, time to act manner.

   We can conclude by telling trait theory is the best because it has optimal and holistic approach towards persons mental well being.We need to optimistic towards what we do or what we think.
