There are a number of consequences which are associated with gender disrminoition in every dimension. Let us discuss them one by one .

Work - In the workplace gender disimination leads to wage gap , preferential treatment of amle employees and sexual harassment .Women are most of the time arrounfd the world are paid less than then men . This affects the financial independence of women and they most of the time become independent of men .THis is related to poverty and access to basic amenities and services as less money makes the women more vulnerable to poverty and restricts their access to common services .It also increases the inequality in total around the world .

Education - Gender discontinuation in education has multidimensional impacts . it affects the financial ,as well as social dimensions . For example women or lgbtq+ community when discriminated leads to less skill development and qualification on THis furthers leads to lack of employment opportunities for them .This is because they lack the necessary skills required for the jobs .This is why numebr ofwomen and LGBTQ community is less in primary sector jobs and they are present in secondary and tertiary sector .

Politics - When it comes to politics gender disciminraiton affects a very ;large area .The policies which are framed are aimed at one specific gender and which leads to marginalisation of their genders . Discirmination in politics results in less representation of a specific gender and results in social exclusion also .This makes the group more vulnerable . For example women are still seen as subordinates in many democracies and are still oppressed .Their political voice is suppressed by the male leaders .
