Ethics tells us the way to act in a certain situation not just to achieve a particular objective but considering everything around us. Business ethics refer to a set of professional or applied ethics that review or study ethical or moral principles and ethical or moral problems that appear in any business environment. Issues regarding business ethics arise when there is a conflict between profit maximizing and the concept of social and legal responsibilities of the business.

Represents the process by which a company it's business by reducing costs, reducing staffing, or reorganizing high-level management with the goal of optimizing profits. The term “good work” is more used by people who work. Technically speaking, resize the manpower to make it the right size. It is a mechanism to reduce costs by reducing staff and reducing wages and expenses. We will try to compensate for the organization as the taste changes due to the taste of the customer and the increase in food costs due to the economic situation.

In most countries, businesses are considered by law to be legal entities or individuals. In other words, rights and obligations that are legally applicable to individuals or citizens also apply to business enterprises. The ultimate goal of personal ethics is to create a set of ethical standards that can be considered acceptable after careful consideration of everything in a particular situation.

1. Business ethics is considered 'good'.

Business ethics that are considered "good" must have a standard of moral value and keep people's expectations and rights ahead of their maximum interests.

2. The concept of justice:

The concept of justice is based on ethical principles, the only way to bring benefits and burdens to everyone in society.

3. Egalitarianism says that everyone is equal. According to this belief, all benefits and burdens of society must be circulated according to this principle.

4. Ascertain a business that is taking action that could damage the business image. Good business ethics can help improve the profitability of the business.
