Introduction:Lenovo is very popular name for mobile. It is product base company and provide a after sale service to its customers. Company is very eager to introduce new exciting service for customer that they can compete with other mobile companies.
Generation of idea: One of employee have given the proposal to company for extended warranty offer for new customer of company.
Develope of concept: As the idea is generated by employee of company. It is need to provide a complete proposal with required policy for this idea. It should include how many years of warranty can be extended and how much will be the price for the same? what will be the terms and condition for extended warranty ?
Service blueprint: For implement this proposal, you need to create a require document as a physical evidence. You need to change user guide of mobile and billing system. and need to change the application software to include this service.
Conlusion:This idea is very important through the customer point of view because now days every customer looking for extended warranty offer. It will be beneficial for both copany a well for customers.
Second Idea:
Introduction:Introdction will be same because i am taking the example of same industry.
Generation of Idea: Lenovo want to introduce new service for his customers.They want to eager new insurance benefits for their customer for every new purchase of mobile phoneat price of 100 US dollar. It will include some additional cost. Customer will have choice whether they are taking this service or not.
Develope the concept: Company given the responsibility to one of employee. Now employee have create the insurance policy for customer. Insurance policy should include what benefits should given to customer whenever the phone is lost. How many time customer can avail this benefits.
Service blueprint: Most likely same as above idea.
Conclusion: Many new customer want to avail this offer. This offer will be beneficial for both customer and company.
Third idea:
Introduction: Lenovo is growing in interms of revenue and customer service. So CEO of company decided to introduce some benefits to its employee as a incentive on performance basis.
Generation of idea: The idea is generated by compny CEO so it need to align final shape by one of the company employee related to policy and other perks and benefits.
Develope the concept: Policy should inculude the benefits and its criteria.For an example production leader will avail the benefit by achieveing his production target. Benefits include some cash amount and gifts. For achieving the monthly target, Company will be organize grand party and some gift for good performer of month.
Blueprint: For implement this proposal,one need to require the approval of policy by top management. After the agreement with final authority, you need to circulate this information to all employees of company.
Conclusion: New policy will motivate all employee towards the work. New policy will create good atmosphere within organization.
