1. Physiological Needs- The basic physiological needs are like food, water, breathing. The physiological needs also include such things as shelter, air, temparature etc.
2. Safety needs- Once a persons physiological needs extremely satisfied while he motivate to safety need. At this level the needs for security and safety become essential. Here few safety needs are given- Financial security, health and wellness, safety againt the accident or unwant situation.
3. Social belonging- This is the third level of
Maslow's hierarchy human need. This need is strong in childhood.
According to maslow's theory every human strength paassioned need
for a sense of acceptance of social groups. Social belonging needs
are friendship, intimacy and family.
4. Esteem needs- Esteem needs are ego needs.
people develop a concern to getting recognition, importance from
others. Esteem need have included with personal growth and self
esteem. people need to make a sense that they are enough valued in
the world.
5. Self actualization needs- It is a top peak of
Maslow's hierarchy needs. Self actialization is a need where people
are self aware, he or she concered about her own growth, and less
concerned about the others opinion.
