Production : no manufacturing at factories due to lockdown , hence there are no supplies available
Inventory : warehouses are closed , hence difficulty of stocking and goods are getting defective which are already lying at the warehouses .
logistics : Inbound & outbound : No movement of trucks from factory to warehouses and from warehouses to retail shops
delivery : Deliveries are affected on online orders due to lockdown and reduction in labour force due to health scare .
Labour force disruption - health issues at all levels ( both blue collar & white collar )
retail shops closed : No movement of inventory or knowledge about the retail inventory
Returns : are stuck due to logistics issues and disruptions at retail / warehouse issues.
