the contract is between two parties in which one is the offeror and the other is offeree. The consent of the offeree is implied or expressed which is backed by some consideration, without consideration there is no contract and it would be called gift if in case of consideration is not kept.

A contract can be terminated by any of the party to the contract, there are various ways by which a contact can be terminated;-

  • The contract can get terminated by itself by natural conditions like the death of the employer or etc
  • the contract can also be terminated if both the parties are in consensus with each other to bring the contract to an end.
  • Termination can also happen if the employee resigns from his or her job if he or she finds out that there is some breach in the terms.
  • If anyone of the party breaches the terms of the contract then also it can be terminated.
  • The employer can also terminate a contract between him and employee if there is some misconduct by the employee, so on that ground, he can terminate the contract
