Convergence is a stage where organisations have moved from products and services to relationships and combine to offer a “bundle” of services. Describe the possible enablers and drivers of the convergence as new norms of post COVID-19.

DESCRIPTION OF CONVERGENCE : So, its a situation when two or more things come together to form a new whole which can either be product or services.

EXAMPLE OF CONVERGENCE : When a crowd of people all move together into unified group.

ROLE OF CONVERGENCE IN PRESENT SITUATION OF COVID -19: So, now huge pandemic like situation created due to COVID-19 whole world and economy is suffering badly so, this is 'NEED OF THE HOUR ' to combine both the products and services together and form a new substitue for the customers so, that the life of the customers don't get hampered and also less problems will be faced by them in current situation and parallely it can make their lives easy somehow and also help economy to grow.

EXAMPLE: Medical Helpline numbers are also provide by the medicine providing apps because due to COVID -19 situation lots of people are suffering from anxiety and depression so , not only medicine but suggestions are also sold by the agencies to earn more profit and people are using it alot because they are getting services under one app and it is benefitting both the customer and the seller.

ROLE OF CONVERGENCE AFTER COVID -19: So, after covid situation finishes lots of people will not be comfortable in roaming around because somewhere it has created lot of fear among the people as it is such a huge pandemic all over the world and no particular cure is available in medical world so, after  this situation mostly people will perfer buying online groceries and other neccessary products for their livelihood which will help the online market to grow more and provide more facilities to customers so that they can avoid moving out.

EXAMPLE: Like people will order food from the stores where lot of hygiene will be maintanted for this companies will try their best to provide contactless deliveries and extra clean products will be ordered by them to the customers so that their goodwill can be mainted in the market place and lot of new customers will be added after seeing such great facalities and servies providing techniques.

CONVERGENCE IS GOING TO BE A NEW NORM AFTER COVID-19 : Because ultimately for the growth of business and economy it is important to introduce new ways and find new substitues for the customers so, that lot of people can come and join the business for buying neccessary household goods. so, for this companies will try to give new products and sevices and also new tactics will be used by them to stick to the marketplace in future for long term growth .
