Answer-The primary purposes of the Safe Schools Improvement Act are

1.The states report to the Department of Education in the cases of harassment and bulling in the school.

2.It makes school safe from the conduct based on a student i.e color,national origin,sex disability,gender or religion.

The two primary purposes of the Student Non -Discrimination Act are:-

1.The main purpose of Non-Discrimination Act is to give equal opportunity to work on the same field without any discrimination (gender).

2.It prohibit sexual or gender discrimination in the employment or hiring basis.

The requirements are;-

1.The research or survey has found that bulling and harassment has created fear in the students that's why their are not attending the school and the ratio of dropout and absenteeism is increasing day-by-day.That's why safe school improvement act is needed.

2.The requirement of Safe school improvement Act is because of social anxiety,harassment it has become adverse for the school going students.Their are losing their self-esteem and concentration also.

3.We need Non-Discrimination Act to protect the employees of color,religion etc.

4.To prohibit workplace discrimination and hiring,employment on the basis of race,color,religion etc.
