I have always felt like any business that pursues an opportunity solely for the sake of money will have a hard time succeeding. I strongly believe that you need to have a more complete "Why" around why you are doing something.

Personally I think the examples in the NFL case bear this out. The MLB and the NBA could say something like: "Yes we want to make more money, but we really want to expand the profile of our game where there are already people playing the sport, and this will help us keep our position as the best league for this sport in the world." The NFL didn't have that, and only went after money (not including the recent past). I think their struggles to expand show that your businesses expansion decisions should be driven by a "Why" that has nothing to do with profits, and AFTER you have answered that question you can worry about profits.

Yes, I think that statement is right because if any business organization focusing only on making a profit will face some kind of problems like not be they could be, loss of loyalty of business, etc. I strongly believe that we need to consider why and what should to think & do with profit like customer satisfaction, market relations, image and loyalty of business that can be achieved by donation, social works, make the profit after satisfying the customers.

In my Personally thinking in the example statement which was given by the NBA (national basketball association) and MLB (major league basketball, London) because only focusing on profit not motivate and appreciate players to play for the association, revenue does not take an effect on the audience, and due to focusing only In the profit make a negative impact on the players and audience. By these effects, associations or business organizations loss their loyalty in the audience like NFL (National football league, USA) and focusing on another goal with profit and help in making the business profile of the game where people already playing the game. Association should expand and drive the business with why means that why they want to expand their business before profit that helps in making more stability in business and prevent the future problems to make loyalty and image after that question we can think about the profit.

He is far from us insofar as these similarities extend beyond him and us, and connect us only because they connect a great many people."
