Solutions

Expert Solution

United states (U S)

In US the internet is regulated with lots of different laws which promotes freedom of speech and expression thus there is very little intervention from the government on the internet they have limited authority over censorship of contents ,however there have been many debates and discussion on the limit of freedom of speech and expression as sometime they breach the level of morality and sometimes even corporations are pressurised by the government to limit or censor the content that can be labelled as obsence like pornography or any other explicit material recently facebook was also questioned by the government for selling out data to other companies and as a result facebook has updated their business regulations and has ensured that there is no breach of someones privacy.

People's republic of china

China is war worse than any other country in terms of regulating internet in their country and breaching their citizen's privacy first of all they only allow chinese corporations to regulate any website or app in their country which helps the government to monitor and censor everything their citizen listen to or watch and they block certain websites or app which they dont deemed fit for their country and back in 2019 more than sixty online restrictions have been introduced by the government  and they also spent huge amount of money in artificial intelligence in order to track and suppress content online and many people are arrested for posting any content online which is against their government.

Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia is not far behind China because they closely monitors their citizen's online activities and content posted by their media they basically have a filtering centre in one of their cities which have lists of many websites that are filtered or blocked by the government basically these websites are related with pornography,LGBT activities or shia ideologies and these filters are softwares manufactured by western countries mainly america and they even monitor the spike in traffic of certain websites and if that websites promotes anything against them then they simply block them.
