The modern cosmopolitan and metropolitan cities are heavily trafficked with cars and other vehicles, the reason is the development of this cities and lifestyle of people living in it, mostly of them are extra rich people living in them. Government has made middle class and lower middle class to have every facility as rich are living and working toward the equality for them, this has made transportation very efficient and convenient for every one. As every people is having dream of owning a car which added the part of contribution in congestions in metropolitan and cosmopolitan cities.

This congestion does increase the noise pollution and air pollution day by day it affecting the human health as air is getting polluting and people slowly becoming sick due to climate change everywhere. This congestion do affect human life heavily constant noise can make people annoying and irrate causing different psychological impact on them. This also does affect sustainability as people are buying cars and using fossil fuel in large number.

When Government considering to reduce the car to ease congestion it will difficult for them as living standards get high every people want to drive car and own it no matter how congestion is there around them. Increased standards of life will motivate people to own cars instars of using car pool or metro trains or bus etc.
