The PDCA stands for (plan–do–check–act or plan–do–check–adjust) is an iterative four-step management method used in business for the control and continuous improvement of processes and products. In a restaurant, this can be implemented in a 4 step process of Plan, do, check, and act. This would suit the fast food and restaurant business the ordering to payment actions for the restaurant can be made automated.

The business has to plan its orders in code and implement so plan the process, do it in actual action like implementing in the restaurant, monitor the process or check and thus do what’s best to make it a success. Hence the making of the ways of the working in the restaurant is received, implemented and changes are made on observation for the best implementation.
