Clinical based data analysis is most vital component of patients care quality.Nurse responses time,hospitals atmosphere,staff , doctors all of these affects quality of healthcare.if patient isnot observed properly within the time ,not treated efficiently with correct procedures and the treatment was not patient's centered all these effects and reflects poor quality of care provided to patients and also the correct data and information about patient is not if recorded.
Improving patients care should be a priority for all healthcare providers.hospital staffing,work environments,quality of traning,efficiency of operative systems all these factors equally associated with quality of patients care.Nurse could develop rating scales to measure progress of patients.patients paying for quality not quantity is rapidly accelerating in healthcare.daily some new changes required for patients improved care and satisfaction.continuos quality improvememt is management physiology thtat are used by healthcare organizations to improve n provide more better processes.Every patient is different and they all require unique and specific responses.
Customizing care plan for each patient as every patient is different,transparency is rule in care of patients.transparency between patients and providers is more important for improved quality of care.above of all patients safety is a visible priority.
