What should be done now to address the U.S. national debt, if anything?
Following can be done in order to address the United States national debt-
A. There is an appropriate need for sound monetary policy and sound Federal Reserve which is not reactive to the stock market but reactive to the real economy.
B. there is also need for establishment of proactive monetary control in order to control the flow of debt and money.
C. books of accounts of Federal Reserve must be assessed and these debts must be checked regularly and repaired regularly in order to avoid any kind of mishappening in the long run.
D. there has to be a matching of assets with the liability in the books of Federal Reserve so that debt can be properly managed with the appropriate assets and these will be paid accordingly.
E. There has to be a control over national currency because it should not be depreciated in order to meet the debt repayment obligation.
F. proper and orderly discharge of debt in a periodic manner can also help in reducing the National debt.
