The concept of customers as innovation partners are that customers choices and preferences influence every aspect of one's business.In today's fast moving business world there is no better partner for business than its own customers.Business should firstly understand the needs and preference of the customers,analyze the needs and accordingly bring about innovation in the product or service being offered by them.As a result business will never lose its existing consumers thereby adding new consumers to the list .Every organization should change according to customers and try to cope up with their needs.creating a partnership with the customers will help business to cope with fierce competition in the market.

To implement such a concept business organization should take a proper feedback from the customers asking them certain questions about the product and service.Secondly organization's should create a customer advisory council and initiate monthly meeting to interact with the consumers.Lastly, organization should take a survey from its all possible consumer to know future needs and further analyse them to organized data which is further useful for business.
