Expert Solution

FIRSTLY, a proper analysis of the work completed will be done , and how the money spends will be studied, and I will try to locate the areas where excessive money is spent and also summarize how the project got delayed.

Now I will have to find a solution for both the issues and come to a conclusion which incorporates both the solutions

some of the steps that I will take will include

I will estimate the future costs properly so that I can find where can I apply cost reduction

I will try to avoid the scope of rework because it is a main unwanted expense which occurs in the construction field

I will do a proper study on staff and labors, and I will dismiss workers, if I feel they are not productive to the required level

I will try to hire multipurpose labors which will help in cost reduction

A proper interactive session will be conducted with labours and staffs , and will try to get their opinions and views on how the work can be completed in time with less budget

I will try to use technologies which can make the work fast and cost-effective
