Points of difference is an attribute that make your brand different from other brands, POD sets your brand apart from others and POD is an attribute that customer strongly relate to and believe that these attributes could not be found in competitor's brand. For example: Apple's design or Nike's quality.
Answer 5: Innovators (VALS Segmentation)
Innovators are the people who are most receptive to new products and technologies, they are successful, sophisticated, have high esteem and buys products which are upscale and niche. Their image is very important to them. They buy BMW, luxury watches etc.
