1. Academi Qualification:

there many educational aspirant who doesn't have requisite acadimic qualification for engaged in education field . Many Educators also not posseses required skill and capablities in field of educational experience due to lack of proper academic skill and qualification which creates potential challenge for engageed and stable in field of education experience.

2. Lack of motivation:

Most of the aspirant does not have internal motivation which leads to weak performance and they are only engaged for earning money.so lack of dedication , passion and hardwork is another potential key challenge for engagement in field of education experience.

3. Inappropriate method of selection :

mostly time selection is made on the basis of personal biasness and favaourtism .so deserving candidates are not get chance for entry in education field.

4. Lack of practical experience:

Many aspirant does not have any practical experience in education field .so they are not able to proper understand needs and requirements of education which make challenge for engagement in this field.
