please explain in detail The rise of Islam
The teachings of the prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) were the cause of the spread and rise of Islam. After the first revelation in the cave of Hira peacefully preached his religion in the belief of one God and Prophet Muhammad being the last and final messenger of God. He was tortured by the people of Mecca who were pagans and who worshipped idols. Prophet Muhammad migrated to the city of Medina to built an Islamic state which represented Islam. Great warriors like Khalid bin Walid who were given the title of the sword of God, got impressed by the intellect of the teachings of Islam accepted Islam. Khalid bin Walid’s acceptance of Islam led to may conquests and the spread of Islam. After the demise of the prophet Muhammad the four Caliphs of Islam i.e. Abubakar Siddiq (RA), Umar al Farooq (RA), Usman (RA) and Ali (RA) spread the philosophy of Islam far and wide.
