1- I have received from one of our most valuable client about change in some operation because a new opportunity they have identified for the marketing of our business. We are having the valuable e-commerce company supplying beauty product in the urban segment and for the upper class customers in the market. Our client is one of the distributor of the beauty product in a high net worth area and serving customers who have higher disposable income. They have told us that we should provide annual membership plan to our customer under which they will order a specified value of product from our platform and we will provide them discounts and cashback offer when they take our membership.

2- After carefully considering the idea provided by our client, I did a market research and behavioral study of our customers and ask them about whether they will be interested in this type of market penetration and satifsying out existing customer base. You will be interested to know that around 75% of customers are saying yes and they will be interested if any such promotional measures will be provided by the company. We will though initially incur more cost but gradually when more and more members will be added in the membership card, our cost will be decline and we will earn more revenue due to this. This measure will increase our gross volume of sales by whoppingly 27% and gross margin by 19%. To do this we have to change our operation to some extent. we have to develop a database for this and make certian changes in our website.
