As we know EHR is stand for electronic health records in which the heathh data of patients are stored electronically in a device or in the folder for tye future use and it ia an program which is conducted by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) which is an program not an project because in this program the data of patients are collected on the basis of patients health care and taken up for there farther use in future it is an program in which the public are offered to this program this program is an set of lots of project in which the different diffrent projects is conducted for public health and all the data are merged in a same program that's why EHR is an program not an project

There are lots of character of EHR these work as different diffrent project like planning in which we plans about the EHR program that's how we condect them and what will be the palnnin for that so that it can bring an chenge

Selection in which the catagory are formed According to patients and there data is collected

Implementation in which the program is making more meaningful and bring changes time.to time so that program work in good manner

Benefits realization process in which all rhe project are merged and checkout about the benefits of that program and if any problems occure due to which benefits gets low them some implementations are conducted to increase benifit..
