Many amendments in the Bill of Rights contain language that plays an everyday, yet a highly important role in our justice system. Describe and discuss the most significant of these particular rights, and their role in American criminal justice. You should address four (4) of such rights (4-6th, 8th amendments) contained in the Bill of Rights. Be sure your answer discusses the origin and notable exceptions to the exclusionary rule.
It is true to say that there are various amendments in the rights of bill we know that there are 10 amendments in the right of bills. We should discuss amendment from 4th to 6th and the 8th.
Amendment 4th: it is the amendment discuss about the protection from unreasonable searches and seizures. It mainly concerned about the the security of the people in their persons houses papers and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures which should not be violated and No warranty should be issued upon probable cases which are supported by affirmation and those which are particularly describing the place to be searched and the person or thing which are to be seized.
Amendment 5th: it talks about the protection of right to life liberty and property. It says that no person should be held to answer for capital aur otherwise infamous crime unless presentment or investment of grand jury except in cases arriving for land or naval forces.
Amendment 6th: it talks about the rights of accused person in criminal cases which says that the the accused shall enjoy the right to speedy and public trial by an impartial theory of the state and district where the crime I have been committed.
Amendment 8th: amendment 8th talks about the excessive bail fines and punishments which are forbidden so it says that excessive will shall not be required nor the excessive fine imposed or any clarity or unusual punishments should be inflicted.
