Unhealthy habit to eliminate : 1) not keeping cholesterol and triglyceride under contol . 2) Smoking
Healthy habit : 1) control hypertension and diabetes. 2) limit alcohol and avoid smoking
b. Cancer
Unhealthy habit : 1) Exposure to radiation. 2) Tobacco consumption
Healthy habit : 1) Eat healthy diet by eating plenty of fruits and vegetables. 2) limit processed meat, Dont use tobacco.
c. Hypertension
Unhealthy habit : 1) Drinking too much alcohol. 2) unhealthy diet high in sodium
Healthy habit : 1)Do regular exercise. 2) manage sress.
4. High cholesterol
Unhealthy habit: 1) smoking. 2) physical inacivity.
Healthy habit :1) Limit the amount of animal fat and use good fat in limit. 2) manage stress
5. Osteoporosis
Unhealthy habits : 1) Long term use of steroid. 2) imbalanced diet
Healthy habit : 1) Eat well balanced diet contains calcium and vitamin D. 2) engage in exercise
