Most people associate the term diversity with the word cultural, but diversity is not just cultural. Many other characteristics such as values, beliefs, economic level, race, ethnicity, age, disabilities, sexual orientation, gender identity, lifestyle choices, marital status, education, political affiliation etc. are also involved. Diversity is not a simple matter, yet it is not difficult to deal with, if you are fair to people and keep an open mind. When you look closely at, and think about, diversity, it provides wonderful opportunities because people from varying groups bring with them special knowledge, experience and value. Even though people have differences, they have many traits in common.

(b) Having a employee of different background help the company culture to promote there values and mission.In various research and studies had found that diversity always help the company to attract and retain the employee.According to the report of the national institute for public relation-2017 "Half of the Americans said that the diversity and inclusive workplace is a important factor for them.while searching for the job".The companies who have more diversity in the organization are likely to attract and retain more number of employee as compare to non diverse company.Diversity in company can include fair pay,Genuine feedback , culture of the company, leader of the company etc.play a important role to attract the employee,Some of the points.which strongly promote why company need diversity to attract the employees:
