Answer: One of the various effects of globalization is , with time it has reduced the importance of geographical boundaries as it has facilitated trans boundary movements of goods,services,culture,ideas and people.

It has interconnected the fate of countries together. Today policy of "beggar thy neighbour" is of no importance and has lost relevance.

Hence developed as well as developing both countries can use globalization more effectively to manage terrorism and maximise economic growth.As question asked particularly about developing countries hence let us discuss in this perspective.

Developing countries can manage globalization in better way to maximise its growth and mange terrorism by various means and ways:

1.globalization as a way can used to increases diplomatic relations on GOVERNMENT TO GOVERNMENT level(1), Government to businesses level(2),Businesses to Businesses level(3) and also at civil society level.Which will make better cooperation and coordination aming various levels with other countries hence maximise growth policies and manage terrorism effectively.

2.It can be used to open such areas in developing countries which are affected by terrorism for more development via investments in such sectors which is their strenghth hence eradicating terrorism by economic growth.

there are other various ways like skilling youths, Gathering Intelligence by other countries etc.

But proper implementation is the main component which will decide success of various efforts.
