4 Ans. Consideration : Give the power for manage and make rules and regulation of hotel to the partners with all partners are agree with this contract aggreement.

5 Ans. Obligations : under this contract obligation is to make proper manage the business and maintain their profit margin ration and profit distrubition ratio. if the party don't do this work proper under the rules of this contract then they are responsible to pay these losses. and after 10 years contract will be renew and existing party can transfer the power to outhers partners.

6 Ans. Terms and condition :
