here I am going to describe why is it essential for MNEs to considered coordination systems when implementing an organizational structure along with a brief description of each approach to coordination.
MNEs stand for the multinational enterprise which has its assets and the employees in the other countries on a global level and is considered to be really successful enterprises in comparatively other enterprises and the organization at the global level.
coordination is very important at every level of any organization or any kind of enterprise. coordination implies the harmony and discipline in any organization at any level as with the help of coordination the healthy relationship between the employers and employees can be built and which can be proved to be very useful in the future for the organization or the enterprise.
with the help of coordination the decisions, rules, and regulations can be formed which are implemented in the enterprises on the employees efficiently and effectively to make sure that everything is followed by as per the planning and predetermined functions. about the coordination the competitiveness of the organization of the enterprise decreases.
The three approaches can be used to coordination such as:-

2) EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION:- it is very important to communicate effectively and efficiently with each other to make sure the coordination prevails between them in the organization.
3) SIMPLIFIED ORGANISATION:- to maintain the coordination in an enterprise it is really important to simplify the organization as to make it really easy for everyone to understand everything.
