Ans.

>>Think of this as , If U.S currency which is dollar is appreciating in value , then when we exhange dollar for other countries currencies like INR ( Indian Rupees ) or Yen (Japanese Currency) , we will get more currecy when coverted by each dollar. 1$ appreciated in value in case of India, 76 inr from 68 inr , hence we will recieve money than usual and vice- versa. So , people most likely to visit a country where the dollar coversion rate is high , hence you will be able to spend more.

>>People are concered about the exchange rate as it keeps on changing everyday sometimes it appreciates in value and sometimes it depreciates . So its better to travel when the exchange rate is high . So , yes , i do concern about the exchange rate.

>>For my experience, when i went to Dubai , US dollar value was appreciating and which made be able to get more currency of that country to spend. So, in case of US dollars , it is a high value currency against most of the Asian Countries.
