1) The employee needs to have on the job training along with lectures on how to motivate employees. It will help to understand ground realities and acquire necessary knowledge for the managing plant and motivating
2) Coaching and Feedback is important as Sales manager is not able to understand the difficulty or issue of sales people. The coaching will be help him to understand that he should give freedom for people to work without being dictator
3) In order to acquire knowledge on financial side of business, it is crucial to attend sessions on financial accounting and lectures related to business part. The training on financial aspects will be helpful
4) It is essential to have individual need identification along with group exercise for people so as to make them learn. The Tuckman model of team development will be crucial in order to ensure employees understand importance and work in collaboration.
