3. We have seen several incidents of extreme violence toward former work colleagues or classmates recently. Choose one example where someone went to a former workplace or school and either injured or killed a number of former colleagues.
Describe what happened and what reasons are thought to have caused the violent behavior. Did organizational justice / injustice play a role in the tragedy? If so, how and what type of injustice was the key contributor?
Ther are many cases where we witness many violent activities in school or offices due to some personal grudges or injustice or whatever be the reason. Everyone may have witnessed in one day or the other have seen such activities in their surroundings or some have themselves a part of it.
Such violent behavior is no a one day deal in the offices, it is just the result of some initial days grudge in the colleagues or some injustice with the office members.
Sometimes it often results as a result of some internal jealousy of a member due to the progress of another member which may influence one in a wrong way. The case s of official injustice is much more dominator and are the root causes of the violence in offices.
The competition among employees for the promotion or the benefits may lead to an unhealthy environment or internal controversies which are really very disastrous for the harmony and peace in office areas. sometimes a major cause is an infatuation towards another gender in many cases, this may cause a serious adverse effect on the working efficiency and influence the person's thinking capacity, ability to judge and respect others.
Such cases lead to serious official violent activities.
