The differential between the salary of top executives and the lowest paid workers in the same country is quite small in Japan, at least in comparison to the United States. The same is true in unions (president of union versus union workers). Explain why the differential might be small in Japan and in U.S. unions but much larger in private U.S. corporations.
Economy of the US and the Japan have always vary as the economy vary the organization should managed those resources similarly only the difference is Nonprofits often have unpaid human resources (volunteers), but are managed like employees. Groups which form the basic management are upper management and the human resource managers these managers take the whole sole responsibility of making sure that business should coincide with the career goals of the employees with the proper skill, experience and knowledge and having balanced working atmosphere which is the prime requisite for employees to provide their best possible work.
