hope it helps.

1: push and pull factors are the reasons which migration is dependent on.

push factors:

push factors are those that makes people to individually voluntary or many case in forced condition in case of ill conditions which make ones to move out to migrate. push factors examples are conflict, famine ,drought etc.

these factor forces one to move out and migrate to other place and these factors are known as push factor of migration.

pull factors:

factors that are responsible which can attract individual or group to leave there respective placs and make to migrate at destinantion country are known as pull factors. economic opportunity jobs and better life are examples of pull factors.

2: when migrants move out of country it might bring positive change in their future but when we consider it in long run they move out in masses they weak the home country by decrement in population which in turn will reduce production and spending in economy.

in case of if people leave out of non economic reason like religious persecution and genocide war etc to escape the atrocity of government, if they became individually success they will still have love for thee homeland and they can bring positive response to the home country.

3: result of in-migration in destination country is that it will positively impact the destination countryin cases and negative too depending on the migration reason.

country get lot of investment and economy due to being a country of intrest. cream of masses of all the top technocrats and other sector will get attracted to the destination country making it a ery big opportunity for the country.

now if in migration is due to war and genocide then they will come in masses and this will adversely effect the country as country has to bear the expenditure and natural resources on this.

if the migrants are of criminal mentality they can cause damage to law and order condition.

hence there are always positive and negative effect of migrations in to the destination country.
