Omani company for investment ( OCI ), is one of the biggest business company in Oman, it has diverse varieties of investment, one of these businesses is an old tower building, 20 floors located in Seeb area used as offices by multiple companies.

OCI decided to change the purpose of the building to a residential building, so it started to plan to demolish the building through one of its construction company.

The location description of the building is located in a very crowded area, the main gate of the building opening to the main road in the North direction, East and West directions of the building attached to two buildings, the South direction of the building is next to a wadi. after the company communicated its plan to all governmental authorities, the municipality requested that the work should be finish in a very short time due to the nature of the area.

Task's questions:

Case Four   Conflict Management

You have recently been promoted to a Manager that looks after two different teams of direct reports. The outgoing manager provided you with some insights about the various team members of both teams and made a point to mention that both teams work very differently from each other.

Specifically, Team A members were constantly sniping and undermining each other at both team meetings and in one on one interactions. The results that Team A produced were less than stellar.

However, Team B, which definitely disagreed with each other and had differing opinions and perspectives tended to get along well and generally produced superior work.

64-year-old patient, admitted to the emergency room, due to throbbing chest pain after walking with shortness of breath for several days, his employee is a bank, with no known allergies, he has been an active smoker of a pack a day for 40 years with a history of Alternate Hypertension (HTN), with uncontrolled BP, for 5 years with pharmacological treatment, In his history he mentions that he is type-2 diabetic, for which he takes oral hypoglycemic drugs. He does not refer other antecedents of interest and denies Family history of heart disease. His treatment is Amlodipine 5 mg, Sinvastatin 40 mg and Metformin 850mg PO

On his physical examination he shows;

1- A BP 195 \ 110, Cardiac frequency 109

2-L Ascultation Cardiac Reveal, a soft tip puff.

3-Both hemitorax expand normally and there are no noises added to the respiratory ascultation

4-The abdomen is palpable globular and soft to the touch, with no signs of venous congestion in its physical examination.

5-The pulses are palpated normally and are symmetrical, except that the pulses in both feet are weak, it has a good capillary return.

Develop the following information

Assume that you are the founding head of a 5-year-old information technology solutions based

Assuming that the populations are unknown, is there evidence of a difference between the technology sector and the financial institutions sector with respect to mean brand value? (Use alpha = 5%). C++ Programming.

Create a class hierarchy to be used in a university setting. The classes are as follows:

The base class isPerson. The class should have 3 data members: personID (integer), firstName(string), and lastName(string). The classshould also have a static data member called nextID which is used to assignanID numbertoeach object created(personID). All data members must be private.

Create the following member functions: Accessor functions to allow access to first name and last name (updates and retrieval). These functions should be public. Create a getID function to retrieve the personID of the person. This function should be public. The user oftheclassor any derived class should not have the ability to update personID. Create a constructor with two arguments(first name and last name) with default values.

Create a public member function Print to display information stored in the object. Make this class an abstract class. Create theStudent class as a derived class from the Person class. This class should have two additional data members to keep track of astudent’s GPA (float) and admission term (string –eg. Fall 2019). Create public accessor functions to allow access to the GPA and admission term. The setGPA function should return true if the value of the GPA is between 0 and 4.0(inclusive) and false otherwise. Set the GPA to zero if an invalid value is provided. Override the function Print to print the student information. Create a constructor that takes in four argumentswith default values(first name, last name, admission term, and GPA). Create the Faculty class as a derived class from the Person class. This class should have one additional data member to keep track of the yearthe faculty was hired(string –eg. 2019 ) Create a public accessor functionto allowaccess to the hire year. Override the function Print to print the faculty information. Create a constructor that takes in three argumentswith default values(first name, last name, hire year).

After defining the classes in this hierarchy, write a program that creates objects of each class and tests their member functions. Make sure you include the preprocessor directives (#ifndef, #define, #endif) to prevent a header file from being included (#include) multiple times. Separate the class interface from the class implementation.
