It’s better to be odd, so let’s square those values. Write a program which gets values into an array and then squares the odd values. The program should prompt the user to enter the number of rows -1[1] and columns they would like in an array. Then it should prompt the user to enter values to fill that array. It should iterate over all the values in the array and square any which are odd. Display those values back to the user.

The program should function as follows (items underlined are to be entered by the user):

1. Record all the food and liquids you consume during a 3 day (72 hour) period. To eliminate forgetting

something, write it down as soon as you are consuming it. You can use a tablet, notes app on your

phone, anything that works for you.

2. It is best to select 2 weekdays and 1 weekend day to record since often a person's diet differs on the

weekend from the rest of the week (not necessary but helpful). Also to make this meaningful eat as you

normally would. Remember you are not graded on how healthy or unhealthy you are eating.

3. Describe food/beverage as completely as possible. The more descriptive you are about the

food/beverage the more accurate your diet analysis will be. You will use these descriptors when looking

for the food in the database on iProfile. You need to know:

Amounts - These should be measured as follows:

For liquids: record the amount using volume measurements. Use cups or tablespoons or

teaspoons to describe the amount you consumed.

For solid food: Choose one of the following depending on the food. Weight = pound, ounces,

grams, kilograms

Volume = cups, tablespoons, teaspoons Count = each

Use decimals (example: 0.5 cups of milk) and NOT fractions (example: NOT 1/2 cup of milk) for

amounts. Some common fractions: 1/8 = 0.12 1/4 = 0.25 1/3 = 0.33 1/2 = 0.5 2/3 = 0.67 3/4 =

0.75

Some useful rules of thumb for estimating the quantity of foods:

3-ounces serving of meat is about the size of the palm of a woman's hand or a deck of cards.

1.5 (= 1 1/2) ounce piece of cheese is the size of a nine-volt battery.

1 ounce piece of cheese is the size of a pair of dice.

A standard slice of lunch meat or American-type cheese weighs 1 ounce.

0.5 (=1/2) cup serving is about the size of a tulip.

1 cup serving is about the size of baseball.

1 ounce slice of bread is about the size of a CD case.

For mixed dishes like lasagna, tuna casserole, etc., you will need to estimate each of the foods in

the dish. Example: For 1 cup of tuna casserole you could have 3/4 cup pasta, 1/4 cup tuna, 1/4

cup cream of mushroom soup.

Description - The more detailed the description the easier it will be for you to select foods in the

computer database that represent the food/drink you actually ate. Examples of the types of information

you need are:

fat content

type of flour used (white, rye, whole wheat, wheat)

type of meat (prime rib, lean hamburger (10% fat), flank steak, etc.) , fish (salmon, trout, etc.) or

poultry (white or dark, skin or no skin)

juices: frozen concentrate, fresh, or powder

list all condiments and the amounts of each ( mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, relish, etc.)

Other important items:

DO NOT list vitamin and mineral supplements or other types of supplements (with the exception

of protein powder) on the 3 day food record. This assignment is looking at your food intake.

Record all the water you drink.

Record all the alcoholic beverages you consume.

Remember this project will be much more interesting if it reflects what you really eat and drink.

Therefore, be as accurate as possible when measuring the amount and giving a description of the

food/drink.
