Currently, there is a debate in California about when, and how, to reopen businesses and schools. Since the lockdown, our economy has all but stopped. Most businesses have been forced to close, the numbers of unemployed workers are at levels not seen since the 1930s, and children are suffering from being out of school. Some are saying that if we don't get back to normal soon it will take us years to recover, if at all. Others are saying that if we reopen too soon, a second wave of the COVID virus will rival that of the deadly Spanish Flu, and the human and economic costs will be even worse - we've been here before. what course of action do you think we should take? Why?

A position paper is comprised of the following
parts:
Identify an issue. It can be anything that pertains to
human resources. It can be from the textbook, an incident at work,
something from the internet, or something in the news. You select
the topic. Describe the circumstances and frame your
topic.
Take a position. You can agree or disagree. You can
take a position that what happened was right or wrong, good or bad,
or should have been handled that way or not.
Defend your position. Why do you feel your position is
correct and accurate?
Discuss the opposing view. Why would someone disagree
with you? What would their reasoning be?
Summarize and conclude your paper.
Paper should be two to three pages

Naphthalene is a volatile organic compound (VOC) as well as the lightest polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH). Inhalation of naphthalene may cause respiratory and neurological effects among humans. It is classified as a possible human carcinogen. A recent monitoring program shows that the average concentration of naphthalene in air is 4.5 µg/m3 in indoor air. Assess the non-cancer hazard and cancer risk assuming people continuously inhale naphthalene at this concentration. Toxicological information of naphthalene: RfC = 3 µg/m3 Unit risk = 3.4 × 10-5/ (µg/m3)
Questions:
(1) Calculate the hazard quotient, and interpret the result
(2) Calculate the cancer risk, and interpret the result
(3) Discuss at least 4 uncertainties in the above analyses

Identify the ethical and social responsibilities of business operations of multinational firms working in a global market. In your discussion, address specifically the following issues:
1- Argue conceptually when multinational firms can be liable for violating human rights in their foreign business operations. Please provide examples.
2- Explain specifically why firms’ should be held liable when targeting developing countries for low wage employees. To support your arguments discuss both the experience of Nike and Reebok in Asia and Nestlé’s cocoa planation in West Africa.
3- Provide recommendations to future global managers why practicing ethical business practice is vital for business sustainability. Justify your recommendations.

Does anyone know how to solve this question? I am so lost. Thank you!
You are studying the source of new virus that has recently infected humans. You suspect that the virus was transferred from other primates (they exhibit a similar infection), specifically chimpanzees, gorillas, or orangutans. You sample blood from several infected humans and sequence some viral genes. You then build a phylogenetic tree with the human sequences and all the known strains from each primate. Draw a hypothetical phylogenetic tree that would suggest that the virus came from gorillas, and this transfer occurred twice independently. Label chimp sequences (c), gorilla (g), orangutans (o), and humans (h).
