1. Disability Insurance

Each disability income insurance policy has its own definition of "total disability," or what qualifies you to collect income replacement benefits. This definition is one of the first things to think about when you are reviewing disability income insurance policies. You need to know how disability is defined by the policy you select and be certain that you will have income replacement benefits if they are ever needed. Please comment on what types of coverage, features and definitions would be important to you as the purchaser of the coverage.

2. Health Care Reform

A very important and controversial subject to say the least….what are your thoughts about Health Care Reform? Comment about the costs, benefits, availability and the impact to our economy just to name a few items that will impact all of us.

3. Long Term Care

If you were asked by a client to help design a well-rounded Long Term Care policy what benefits and features would you include? How does the cost of these benefits and features impact your consolation to the client?

The word "omnichannel" is used a great deal to describe the consumer options today in an ever changing marketing environment.

2. 2 Pros and 2 cons of omnichannel

One of the classic debates in the popular press is whether all buzz or word of mouth—positive and negative—is good for a brand. Some feel that “any press is good press” and that if people are talking, that is a good thing. Others challenge that notion and say the content of the dialogue is what really matters.

Take a position: “All news is good news” and any buzz is helpful for a brand versus. The content of buzz can make or break a brand.

Head to the Internet and find an example of a company's organizational chart. Analyze the design and provide a summary. What is the basic design of the organization? Why might the organization have selected this structure? What impact might changing the organizational design have for the company?

What would be the point of adding the word “covert” to this concept of sustainable competitive advantage? Identify a company which utilizes a comparative advantage centered on one particular marketing concept within the 4P’s framework. How does that company turn this comparative advantage into competitive advantage in the marketplace? How does this competitive advantage result in extraordinary profit for the organization when compared with its competition?

When you hear the word diversity mentioned in the workplace, in the media, or in casual conversation, what meaning do you assign this term?

Does a particular race, ethnic group, or other minority group come to mind when you think of diversity? Does one of these groups pertain to you?
