When it was passed, part of the goal of the ACA was to decrease health care costs in the United States. Discuss the ways in which costs might be reduced and the ways in which costs might actually increase as a result of ACA (There are several supplemental readings that are helpful for answering this question).

We have now looked at three different health care systems. Compare and contrast the American System with the Bismarck and Beveridge Systems. What are the strengths and weaknesses of each in your mind?

Write a program that takes graduation rates (per 1000 of the population) for North, South, East, West and Central United States. Input the number from each of the regions in a function returning an int with the graduation rate to the main program. Also figure out which region has the highest graduation rate in another function and display the result from inside that particular function.

So your function prototypes should be something like:

So you are using gradrate to read in the value of 0 to 1000 to give it to the north, south, east, west or central variables like: north = gradrate() / 1000.0;

Article 8 of the US Consitution empowers Congress, in part, "To promote the progress of science and useful arts, by securing for limited times to authors and inventors the exclusive right to their respective writings and discoveries."
