Differentiate among the following qualitative designs for a discussion. Make sure you include citations from/or referring to authors who are specialists in these methods. Use academic resources:

Molly’s Monopolistic Competition

Our final look at Molly’s coffee shop will be through the lens of monopolistic competition. Molly is considering purchasing this company and she is now aware of the market structure but needs some advice as to how differentiation will work specifically in her shop. She also needs to better understand how to maximize her profits.

For this assignment, please provide Molly with some concrete information she can use. You should have an overview of the market structure and some key ideas to apply with respect to differentiation, profit maximization, pricing or any other key points you find for this market structure.

Although a company is run on the will of majority shareholders, it does not mean that majority shareholders can pass resolutions at their own whims and fancies. The law will step in to protect minority shareholders where their rights and interests are affected. Nevertheless, the uppermost question is whether the current laws governing minority shareholder protection in Malaysia are adequate. Equally imperative is also whether minority shareholders play an active role in keeping a check on the way a company is being run i.e. shareholder activism. Discuss and critically examine the above statement. Include in your discussion, the legal position in the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Canada or New Zealand. The comparison should indicate that the country has adopted a more comprehensive approach in protecting minority shareholders. Please provide citations/references.

When one thinks of the normal distribution, the first thing that comes to mind is the bell curve and grades. While this is one example of a normal curve that is widely recognized, it is not the only one. Come up with a unique normal distribution from literature that your classmates have not posted about already. Explain your normal curve with items such as the mean and standard deviation. What do the areas in the intervals µ - σ to µ + σ, µ - 2σ to µ + 2σ and µ - 3σ to µ + 3σ represent as far as areas under the normal curve? With the mean and standard deviation, calculate what the actual intervals are for your normal curve. Please include any citations regarding where you obtained the data for your curve.

Final Paper – Interpersonal Communication, Managing Conflict, and Listening

Psychological principles are theories and beliefs about major areas of our lives, like cognitions, intelligence, social groups, habit, behavior, and many others. Let’s explore how we identify and utilize psychological principles in daily life. In a 2 page paper, please analyze the following:

How do psychological principles affect the study of the behavior of individuals and groups?

What are the parameters of behavioral deviance and its various therapies?

How do psychological principles affect the study of individual differences?

Last, explain the role of psychology in such areas as industry, complex organizations, law, and education.
