Subject: Innovation and technology management

Technological innovation is an extended concept of innovation. Technological Innovation, however focuses on the technological aspects of a product or service rather than covering the entire organisation business model. There are both advantages and disadvantages of technological innovation. Briefly present these advantages and disadvantages.

Write an essay on the ‘Role of Technology and Innovation in the realization of vision 2030 KSA’.

In writing the essay, ensure to cover the following points:

- Discuss how Vision 2030 approaches the topic of technology and innovation.

- Discuss and provide examples of the steps the government has taken to realize its technology-based goals and objectives stated in Vision 2030.

- Provide examples of actual technology-based projects that the government has implemented or in the process of implementing

1. You are the innovation director of  Korox, a company that produces Chemicals. 
   Because of the global Korono epidemic, you want to speed up your innovation efforts to add new products to your product range. 
   As the director of the company, evaluate the sources of innovation.
    Share your comments on the features that your innovative product should have. 
   What are the sources of innovation? What are the features of innovation?

   You are working as the human resources manager of a well-known company.
    You are in a new structure regarding human resources. 
   You want to employ creative human resources suitable for the cultural change you will experience during digital transformation.

   COC, which is a washing machine manufacturer, has developed a new technology and has produced 
   a  new model that delivers the laundry that is washed at the same time, ironing, and consumes little energy and water.
   With this new technology, it broke ground in the market and achieved a high market share     
   and changed the washing machine usage habits. 
   Later, they developed the idea by adding perfumed iron and mini size machine feature to the machine. 
   As the R&D manager of the COC brand, what kind of innovations do you think these innovations are? 
   What other kinds of innovations can your company maintain its competitive advantage?

Technology is one tool teams can use to enhance networking, solve problems, and engage the collective wisdom needed for high performance.

How do innovation, technology, and the concept of “going green” all pertain to the concepts of strategies for organizational change? Are innovation, technology and “green” efforts important considerations in the study of change? Why or why not? Use and cite a minimum of three scholarly references beyond the texts used in the course to defend your reasoning.

*I was given the following problem to make a C program*

You are a programmer at Disney World. You need to create a program that will allow people to choose fast passes for three different attractions.

1. Space mountain

2. Haunted Mansion

3. Pirates of the Caribbean

The fast passes are given out in 15 minute increments from 9am - 5pm Sunday-Saturday. The user can only obtain three fast passes per day - you must be able to tell the user if they have too many requests.

**Haunted Mansion is closed on Friday and Saturday from 4pm-5pm because of fireworks.

**Space Mountain is down for maintenance on Wednesday from 9am-12pm.

Innovation activities differ between startups and IBM, or do they? Discuss innovation activities that are better suited for small firms and large firms. What innovation activity would allow a small firm to outperform a multinational firm?
