There are a number of differences and challenges when a company looks at marketing domestically and internationally. Pick a country (not the United States) and share what country you have selected. Discuss the differences and challenges of marketing in that country when compared with the U.S. What things should a company take into consideration when developing marketing plans internationally? Areas of focus in your post may include:

  • the customers: Are the customers the same?
  • human resources
  • currencies, governments and rules and regulations
  • different customs, etiquette, etc.
  • advertising issues and resources
  • language differences

You must use a minimum of three scholarly resources, cited with parenthetical APA style citations in the body, and referenced at the bottom with APA style references.

A barbershop has been using a level workforce of barbers five days per-week, Tuesday through Saturday. The barbers have considerable idle time on Tuesday through Friday, with certain peak periods during the lunch hours and after 4 p.m. each day. On Friday afternoon and all-day Saturday, all the barbers are very busy, with customers waiting a substantial amount of time and some customers being turned away.

  1. Describe at least three options that this barbershop should consider for aggregate planning?
  2. How would you analyze these options?
  3. What data should be collected, and how should the options be compared?

1- Explain the qualitative differences between the Gibbs free energy and the chemical potential.

2- Explain what is wrong with the following statement: If two (or three) phases of a pure material have the same chemical potential, temperature, and pressure, then the equilibrium state of the system will allow a phase transition between the two (or three) phases.

3- Explain qualitatively the differences between Raoult's law and Henry's law, including the composition range in which they are valid.
