The adoption of social media by the government confronts a series of barriers. Some of these barriers relate to records management, privacy and security issues, accuracy, and administration-specific requirements (Bertotet al., 2012;Bryerand Zavattaro, 2011; Landsbergen, 2010andSherman, 2011). As social media includes two-way communications, the risk of inserting malware into governments' websites exists (Bertotet al., 2012), so the IT people should be prepared to protect government's information technology infrastructure. Governments that would like to implement social media need to verify if people in charge of updating the media will have the time to update the new communication channel; they also need to answer other questions such as what to post, how and when often they will update (Bryerand Zavattaro, 2011andLandsbergen, 2010). The lack of resources and procedures could undermine the accuracy of the information posted on social media. Although the use of social media in Ghanaian state government portals is recent, the development of relationships between government and citizens is growing fast (Sandoval-Almazánet et al., 2011). However, in contrast with other countries, to our knowledge, there is still no guideline for the use of social media in Ghana. The study of perceived risks, benefits, and strategies will be very helpful in the development of those guidelines.

Please write down your thoughts after reading the paragraphs ie. agree or disagree and why? (Min 5 sentences 150 words + )
As we all know we are in the age and dawn of new technology From the way we do medicine to how we bank is changing drastically before our eyes and this gives it users a sense of self-sufficiency cuttingout many “ middlemen” our modern banks are using but is this a bad thing absolutely not! As … said in the video people are beginning to trust companies more than the government and can you balme them? We have years worth of evidence that the government is known to do some shady things with our money. For example, the Great Depression, money that many people put into most of the banks disappeared from there accounts unfortunately Also we seem to not have come to an agreement on what our tax money should be spent on first! So handling our own hard earn money seems to be working
Since the video has been put out cryptocurrency such as bitcoin as been growing and the only problem we seem to run into is how to regulate it. At this rate banks may go out of style with the younger generation unless they think fast and find someway to incorporate cryptocurrencies but even by then the government may find a way to regulate so it can benefit them. With our new age of technology traditionally banks with dissolve, that is bank buildings will not be needed but I do have a feeling big banks will try very hard to incorporate cryptocurrency. So the names will still be house hold ones however they will have a drastic change in how they bank !

Please write down your response after reading the paragraph. (At least 5 sentences long. 150-200 words)
While it may be obvious to some that saving more lives would be minimizing total harm, it becomes difficult when we begin to consider the value of each life at risk. We cannot necessarily say the value of the driver's life is less than the lives of the pedestrians simply because of quantity. If the driverless car kills the driver, then it will be doing good for those pedestrians, not the driver, and vice versa. However, the challenge to our morality comes into play when we determine what the car's primary goal should be, to save the driver, or to save those in the surroundings. Right now, we all buy cars that will be safest for us as drivers and passengers, and I am not sure why this would change with the implementation of driverless cars. If these cars were to be implemented in society not everyone would have one, for one reason or another. Let us say that the driverless car runs a red light and crashes into a vehicle driven by a mother with her child in the back seat. If these two cars were driven by people, the person who ran the red light would clearly be punished. But now we are faced with a situation where blame cannot be directly placed on anyone. The issue now becomes, how can we get justice for the people who are impacted by the accidents of these driverless cars? While it may seem to be such innovative technology that makes life easier, the more our technology advances, the more we must advance to keep up with it and the issues that come as well.
