This research aimed to evaluate whether a self-management program promoted healthy lifestyle behaviors (HLBs) and improved health outcomes among Thai elderly with hypertension. Participants were randomly allocated to either an intervention group (n= 20), that received an 8-week selfmanagement program that included home visits, or a control group (n=20). The data were analyzed by a chi-square analysis, a mixed-model repeated measure MANOVA, and MANCOVAs. There were significant differences in the mean scores of healthy lifestyle behaviors at posttest and follow-up between the two groups (p <0.01) . Moreover, the experimental participants showed statistically significant decrease in BMI as compared to the control group participants in posttest and follow-up ( p <0. 001) . There was a statistically significant reduction in blood pressure in the experimental participants, compared with the control participants at follow-up (p <0.001). Furthermore, healthy lifestyle behaviors increased significantly in the experimental participants compared with the control participants and baseline ( p < 0. 001) . In addition, BMI and blood pressure decreased in the experimental participants compared with the control participants and baseline ( p < 0. 001) . The self-managementprogram resulted in improved healthy lifestyle behaviors, and health outcomes among the elderly with hypertension, and has implications for health promotion. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Analyze the health status of a specific minority group. Select a minority group that is represented in the United States (examples include American Indian/Alaskan Native, Asian American, Black or African American, Hispanic or Latino, Native Hawaiian, or Pacific Islander).
In an essay of 750-1,000 words, compare and contrast the health status of the minority group you have selected to the national average. Consider the cultural, socioeconomic, and sociopolitical barriers to health. How do race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, and education influence health for the minority group you have selected? Address the following in your essay:
What is the current health status of this minority group?
How is health promotion defined by this group?
What health disparities exist for this group?
Describe at least one approach using the three levels of health promotion prevention (primary, secondary, and tertiary) that is likely to be the most effective given the unique needs of the minority group you have selected. Provide an explanation of why it might be the most effective choice.
Cite a minimum of three references in the paper.
You will find important health information regarding minority groups by exploring the following Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) links:

The Versatech Corporation has decided to produce three new products. Five branch plants now have excess production capacity. The unit manufacturing cost of the first product would be $31, $29, $32, $28, and $29 in Plants 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, respectively. The unit manufacturing cost of the second product would be $45, $41, $46, $42, and $43 in Plants 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, respectively. The unit manufacturing cost of the third product would be $38, $35, and $40 in Plants 1, 2, and 3, respectively, whereas Plants 4 and 5 do not have the capability for producing this product. Sales forecasts indicate that 600, 1000, and 800 units of products 1, 2, and 3, respectively, should be produced per day. Plants 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 have the capacity to produce 400, 600, 400, 600, and 1000 units daily, respectively, regardless of the product or combination of products involved. Assume that any plant having the capability and capacity to produce them can produce any combination of the products in any quantity.
(a) Write down an optimization formulation for this problem. Remark: You need to write down the abstract optimization formulation, explain the meaning of each optimization variable and explain what are the data.
(c) Solve the problem and report the optimal solution and optimal cost. You can use software to solve the problem; if so, please provide the code (e.g. copy the code to the solution file, or take a snapshot and paste the picture in the solution file).

write program that develop a Java class Dictionary to support the following public methods of an abstract data type:
public class Dictionary {
// insert a (key, value) pair into the Dictionary, key value must be unique, the value is associated with the key; only the last value inserted for a key will be kept public void insert(String key, String value);
// return the value associated with the key value public String lookup(String key);
// delete the (key, value) pair public void delete (String key);
}
You will declare a class Pair to represent the (key, value) pair, and use an array of the Pair objects to keep the values in the dictionary. Your array of Pair objects should be able to be sorted by java.util.Arrays.sort(). You can decide whether to store the Pair values in the array sorted or not according to the key values.
Write the main() method to create an instance of the Dictionary object, insert 50 random (key, value) pairs, update some values behind the same key, and delete some (key, value) pairs.
2. Rewrite Your class Dictionary so it can support values of any data type, and show that it works with different value data types.
3. Discuss advantages and disadvantages for storing the Pair objects sorted or not in the Dictionary class.
4. What is running time for each method of your Dictionary class in terms of Big-O notation?
5. Trace method heapSort(T[] w) with sequence of diagrams with both heap tree view and 1-D array view how to sort integers 8, 4, 1, 2, 5, 3, 10, 7, 5, 9, 1, 12, and 5.

JAVA: Suppose we have a number of triangles and quadrilaterals in a 2-dimensional coordinate plane. we want to be able to easily determine the perimeter of each shape and move shapes around the coordinate plane. Download the Shape.java and Point.java from Moodle. - Shape.java is an interface contains getPerimeter() and move() abstract methods. - Point.java is a class object which provides getX(), getY(), distanceTo(Point p) and move() methods. Design two classes named Quadrilateral and Triangle that implement Shape interface to determine their perimeter of each shape and move shapes around the coordinate plane. Test your classes in a Driver class that use (1.0, 1.0), (1.0, 2.0), (2.0, 1.0) and (2.0, 2.0) as coordinates for Quadrilateral vertices and (1.0, 1.0), (1.0, 2.0), (2.0, 1.0) as coordinate for Triangle. Use methods from Point Object to calculate their perimeters and display their results. Use move method from Point Object to increment x coordinate by 1.0 and y coordinate by 2.0 for all vertices of both shapes. Calculate their perimeters and display their results.
