State your MBTI preferences as you see them, and write a short description of how your findings apply to your understanding of yourself in private, academic, and work-related settings. This means explaining the process you followed to find out which letters represent your preferences. You are to refer to the knowledge gained in this module to explain your preferences and expand your EI. Show off your knowledge and understanding.

There is an American put option on a stock that expires in two months. The stock price is $55, and the standard deviation of the stock returns is 64 percent. The option has a strike price of $62, and the risk-free interest rate is an annual percentage rate of 4.4 percent. What is the price of the option? Use a two-state model with one-month steps. (Do not round intermediate calculations and round your answer to 2 decimal places, e.g., 32.16.)

Question: 2: What is capacity and when does an adult lack capacity

-> In some cases, it is legally and ethically appropriate for health professionals to proceed with treatment without consent or proceed with a treatment that is against the patient's decision.
As based on my opinion it is absolutely acceptable in some cases, as we know in some cases there have some ethical issues in India working with human cells (like cloning or gene modification etc).
But in some cases like for example, a patient who has a critical fever for some days and is under treatment in a hospital, accidentally he has positive in corona virus because of symptoms are relatively the same, that treatment will also proceed against the patient's decision.
-> Capacity means the ability to use and understand information to make a decision and communicate any decision made. A person lacks capacity if their mind is impaired or disturbed in some ways, which means they are unable to make a decision at that time.

In a study investigating mortality among teenage victims of motor vehicle accidents, information regarding the effectiveness of seatbelts was collected. In a sample of 250 teenagers who were wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident, 15 died. In a sample of 125 teens who were not wearing a seatbelt, 17 died. We would like to test the null hypothesis that the proportions of teens who die as a result of the accident are identical in the two groups. Use the 6-step hypothesis testing procedure to answer this question. Use the six step hypothesis to solve the problem:

A population of butterfly called the Concord is found deep in the jungles of Central America. After 1000 years, within this same community, a new species of butterfly named the Rosaria has arisen!
A) Considering that this occurred in the same community, how would you best refer to this type of speciation?
B) The Concord is a species which produces a chemical in its wings that is toxic to certain species of birds. Interestingly, it is observed that the same birds that avoid the Concord also avoid eating the Rosaria butterflies, even though they do not produce this toxic chemical. From a community ecology, what specific term would you use to best describe this scenario? Explain briefly.
C) The Rosaria also seems to have evolved another wonderful strategy to avoid these birds! As their name suggests the Rosaria’s entire body has a bright pink-red color. It seems to inhabit mainly these same colored flowers in order to gain nectar. What term would you use to describe this type of strategy being used to avoid predators?
D) Scientists have identified that both the Rosaria and Concord are indeed different species as they cannot make viable offspring. Name and describe 3 possible reasons which you may want to investigate as to why they do not have the ability to reproduce between species.

FACTS: John Yates, a commercial fisherman, caught undersized red grouper in federal waters in the Gulf of Mexico. To prevent federal authorities from confirming that he had harvested undersized fish, Yates ordered a crew member to toss the suspect fish into the sea. Yates was charged with obstruction of justice through destruction of the small red grouper fish.
DECISIONS BELOW: Yates was convicted and appealed. His conviction was upheld. He appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court.
ISSUE ON APPEAL: Is the release of fish back into the sea obstruction of justice?
DECISION: A split court held that the fish were not “tangible objects” for purposes of the obstruction of justice statute. The court held that the statute was passed to cover files and electronic records and not tangible objects such as fish. The court held that the statute was passed in the wake of financial and ethical collapses in companies and was not intended to have generic application. It was directed at electronic files and documentation, not tangible objects such as fish.
Explain what Mr. Yates did and why.
Describe the terms used in the statute at issue and the history of the statute.
Why does the dissent think the majority made the decision it did?

Rajiv, Yakov, and Charles are lumberjacks who live next to a forest that is open to logging; in other words, anyone is free to use the forest for logging. Assume that these men are the only three lumberjacks who log in this forest and that the forest is large enough for all three lumberjacks to log intensively at the same time.
Each year, the lumberjacks choose independently how many acres of trees to cut down; specifically, they choose whether to log intensively (that is, to clear-cut a section of the forest, which hurts the sustainability of the forest if enough people do it) or to log nonintensively (which does not hurt the sustainability of the forest). None of them has the ability to control how much the others log, and each lumberjack cares only about his own profitability and not about the state of the forest.
Assume that as long as no more than one lumberjack logs intensively, there are enough trees to regrow the forest. However, if two or more log intensively, the forest will become useless in the future. Of course, logging intensively earns a lumberjack more money and greater profit because he can sell more trees.
The forest is an example of because the trees in the forest are and .
Depending on whether Yakov and Charles both choose to log either nonintensively or intensively, fill in Rajiv's profit-maximizing response in the following table, given Yakov and Charles's actions.

Which of the following solutions could ensure that the forest is sustainable in the long run, assuming that the regulation is enforceable? Check all that apply. Develop a program that entices more lumberjacks to move to the area. Outlaw intensive logging. Convert the forest to private property, and allow the owner to sell logging rights. |
