Write a paper describing in detail your business interests or career plans and how constitutional law applies to them. Build on what you discussed in your introduction on the first discussion board. Describe in detail what kind of business you want to own/operate or what occupational field you want to work in. Then describe at least three ways in which constitutional law applies to your business/field. For example, suppose your business needs property for its operations. You could explain how the constitutional law concept of eminent domain applies here and how it would effect your business. Think about some of the cases we’ve read and how they apply. One eminent domain case is Kelo v. New London. What type of business would qualify for eminent domain? Would yours? Why or why not? (think about the similarities and differences between your business venture and the business involved in Kelo. What type of business venture would you be involved in? Would it be interstate or intrastate commerce? Which level of government would have some power to regulate your business or industry, based on the commerce distinction? Why? These are some suggested areas to look at; feel free to add/substitute others. If you plan to hire employees, you should look think about the Court’s rulings that relate to racial and gender discrimination. For many students, federalism and commerce will be really important.
I would like to run a an international business buying cars from the United States and ship it to Senegal and sell it. I have to include 3 cases that deal with commerce with commerce and relate it to this

Ice Cream Program Assignment
Write a program that uses a function to ask the user to choose an ice cream flavor from a menu (see output below.) You must validate the users input for the flavor of ice cream accounting for both upper and lower-case letters. You must give them an appropriate error message and allow them to try again. Once you have a valid flavor, your function will return the flavor back to the main() function.
Your main() function will then ask for the number of scoops. You must validate this data! Make sure that the user chooses at least 1 scoop but no more than 4. If they try another other, you must give them an error message and allow them to try again.
Your program will then calculate and display the cost of the ice cream. The cost of ice cream is $ .75 for the cone and $1.25 per scoop.
Your program will continue asking customers for the flavor and number of scoops until they choose ‘Q’ to quit.
The program will then send all of the data to a function to display the total number of cones sold, the total amount collected, and the total scoops of each type of ice cream sold.
Sample Output:
Please Choose your Favorite Flavor!
V - Vanilla
C - Chocolate
F - Fudge
Q - Quit
-----> v
How many scoops would you like? 2
Your ice cream cone cost $ 3.25 Please Choose your Favorite Flavor!
V - Vanilla
C - Chocolate
F - Fudge
Q - Quit
-----> c
How many scoops would you like? 5
That is an invalid number of scoops! You may only choose between 1 and 4
Please try again!
How many scoops would you like? 0
That is an invalid number of scoops! You may only choose between 1 and 4
Please try again!
How many scoops would you like? 3
Your ice cream cone cost $ 4.50 Please Choose your Favorite Flavor!
V - Vanilla

F - Fudge
Q - Quit
-----> s
How many scoops would you like? 1
Your ice cream cone cost $ 2.00 Please Choose your Favorite Flavor!
V - Vanilla
C - Chocolate
F - Fudge
Q - Quit
-----> q
The total number of cones sold: 3
The total scoops of vanilla sold: 2
The total scoops of chocolate sold: 3
The total scoops of fudge sold: 1
The total amount collected: $ 9.75

Task1: Ternary Partition
Write a function ternary partition(lst) that partitions an unsorted list into three sections: smaller than pivot, equal to pivot, larger than pivot.
Input: an unsorted list containing one or more integers.
Output: a pair of integers, where the first integer is the index of the final position of the pivot, and the second integer is the index of the first element that is larger than the pivot. The pivot should be the element in the 0th position in the original list. To receive full marks the original list must be partitioned; however, the list is not returned.
Examples
a) Let lst1=[3]. Calling ternary partition(lst1) returns (0,1), as after calling function lst1=[3], thus the pivot section starts at 0 and ends at 1 (exclusive).

The elements of the list are going to be strings, and will be in order of strictly increasing or decreasing length. Some examples of lists in strictly increasing length order are [“pan”, “banana”,”xylophone”], and [“kayn”, “swain”, “morgana”].
|
Function Name: fix_string_list |
|
Parameter: data - A list with 3 elements (that are all lowercase strings) that is either in order of strictly increasing or decreasing length. |
|
Return: A list with the same 3 elements as the parameter that is in order of strictly increasing length. |
|
Description: Given a list of 3 strings that may be in order of either strictly increasing or decreasing length, return a list of 3 strings that are in order of strictly increasing length. |
|
Examples: Parameter: [“aloe”,”zebra”,”magnesium”] Returns: [“aloe”,”zebra”,”magnesium”] Parameter: [“Hydrogen”, “Carbon”, “Iron”] Returns: [“Iron”,”Carbon”,”Hydrogen”] |

Question: “AUDIT OF A FACILITY'S/SITE'S IT SECURITY”
1. List 5 overall audit goals for this audit
2. Describe the scope of the audit i.e. how big, broad, and deep the audit will be in terms of topics to be audited.
3. List 5 Critical success factors that you consider essential for the security to be considered “effective/successful” at this facility.
4. List 5 “things that could go wrong” with the security.
5. List 5 “Key performance indicators (KPI’s) that will help guide you in determining how well the application system is being effective/successful.
6. For the specific part of the audit that deals with “Off-premise backup and recovery of data”, list 5 specific audit program steps that you will do to accomplish your audit.

Suppose you are given a list of n integers, each of size at most 100n. How many operations would it take you to do the following tasks (in answering these questions, we are interested primarily in whether it will take logn, sqrt(n), n, n^2, n^3, 2^n, ... steps. In other words, ignore multiplicative constants.)
1. Determine the longest sequence of consecutive integers belonging to the list.
2. Determine the number of primes in the list.
3. Determine whether there are three integers x, y and z from the list so that x + y = z.
4. Determine whether there are three integers x, y, and z from the list so that x^2 + y^2 = z^2.
