The time that people require to react to a stimulus usually has a right-skewed distribution, as lack of attention or tiredness causes some lengthy reaction times. Reaction times for children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) are more skewed, as their condition causes more frequent lack of attention. In one study, children with ADHD were asked to press the spacebar on a computer keyboard when any letter other than X appeared on the screen. With 2 seconds between letters, the mean reaction time was 449 milliseconds (ms) and the standard deviation was 81 ms. Take these values to be the population μ and σ for ADHD children. (Round your standard deviations to two decimal places.)

What are the mean and standard deviation of the mean reaction time x for a randomly chosen group of 15 ADHD children?

mean     ms
standard deviation     ms

  1. (Experiment)

Measure all the dimension of the four objects and fill out the table below. As the ‘proof’ that you did the experiments, take a screenshot of your PC screen for at least one dimension of each and insert (copy and paste) the screenshots to the end of this data sheet. (For Window’s users, ‘snipping tool’ is convenient to take a screenshot. You can search the tool by searching ‘snipping tool’ on Windows Search. For Mac users, press ‘Command’ + ‘Shift’ + ‘3’ to capture a screenshot). Also, calculate the volume of each object using the following formulas. The volume of the sphere of dimeter reads

Eq. 1

the volume of the block of length , breadth as and thickness

Eq. 2

the volume of the cylinder of dimeter and height

, Eq. 3

and the volume of the beaker of internal diameter and the internal height (depth)

I am doing a 4 function calculator app in java on android studio which calculates math expressions (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).

I ONLY NEED THE CODE THE EQUAL BUTTON.

When the user clicks the equal button, it should take the entire sequence of numbers and operators on the screen, such as 1+2*5 , and save them into a String [I am pretty sure this can be done using the toString() call]. Then, the String should be split using StringTokenizer, with the delimiters being "+-/*" . After that to display the correct answer, I am pretty sure Double.parseDouble needs to be called to covert the String tokens to double values. After that, the correct operation should be done to get the correct answer.

Note -

- The calcuator should use order of operations (PEMDAS)

- It should be able to continue from a previous answer (Ex: If you type 1+5 and press equals, the calculator will display 4. If you then multiply by 2, the current result will simply be multiplied by 2)
